The boy was taken by his father, Thomas Eric Diggs, at an Arby's in Talledega.Thomas Evan Diggs was last seen wearing camo pants and a green John Deere shirt and a GAP camo jacket, according to authorities.The two are believed to be traveling in a white 1996 Jeep Grand Cherokee with Alabama license plate B-A-1-4-5-4-9. The vehicle may be en route to Daytona Beach, Florida.Thomas Evan Diggs is a white, 5-year-old male with blond or strawberry hair. He weighs 65lbs and stands 3 feet tall.Thomas Eric Diggs is a white, 35-year-old male with blond or strawberry hair. He weighs 140lbs and stands 5 feet 9 inches tall.
