The Buffalo Philharmonic Orchestra will be hosting a Mother’s Day Tea on Sunday, May 13^th beginning at 12:30 p.m. at the Butler Mansion, 672 Delaware Ave. in Buffalo. The event features a Mother’s Day afternoon tea featuring a traditional English tea service, savory tea sandwiches, desserts and flowers, and it will be followed by the Duke Ellington Classics Concert at 2:30 p.m. at Kleinhans Music Hall (pre-concert shuttle is available between Kleinhans and the Mansion). Tickets for the Mother’s Day Tea and concert can be purchased for the tea alone or in combination with the concert – for youth ages 8 to 16, tickets are $25 for tea or $35 for tea and concert; for adults, tickets are $60 for tea or $90 for tea and concert.
